Purchase of Boxes for NLSC Logistics
NOAA/NWS/National Logistics Support Center intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for commercial supplies described in the attachment, set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS 322211 with a 1,250-employee size standard, and no partial quotes or awards will be accepted. Only firms that can provide the exact specified supplies will be considered, and evaluation will be best value based on delivery terms and all-inclusive firm-fixed pricing, with non-price factors slightly more important than price. Offerors must submit a detailed production plan for delivery (weeks after receipt of a signed PO), with faster delivery favored; late delivery deductions are 2% for the first 14 days and an additional 5% for every 30 days late thereafter. The place of acceptance is National Logistics Support Center, 14200 Merritt Rd, Grandview, MO 64030. Required quote contents include company/UEI/CAGE/contact information, pricing inclusive of shipping, delivery terms, and OCOI certification, and contractors must be registered in SAM.
