The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) Office of Systems Architecture & Engineering (SAE) requires a service for usability testing of web properties. The tool must have an easy set-up process and a user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI) to conduct user testing on websites or other digital products. Key features must include the ability to set up a usability test with a remote subject; the ability to record (both voice and screen) the test session; the ability to use our own test subjects and also to employ test subjects provided through the service. SAE’s mission is to provide a systematic approach to requirements, satellite architecture planning, strategic planning, and systems engineering. This approach is used to provide critical business information and analysis to support NOAA and NESDIS’ strategic observing system investment planning. Please see attached for further information. Capability Statements must be received via email by the Contracting Officer at the address provided below no later than 3:00 pm Eastern Time on August 16, 2024. The Government is not obligated to review responses received after the deadline. Required Response Information: Interested Contractors are required to provide the following information in response to this SSN announcement: Company Name/Division, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, facsimile number, and website URL (if available). Unique Entity ID, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and company structure (Corporation, LLC, partnership, joint venture, etc.). Please note that companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered potential sources Business Size (regardless of company size) and any socio-economic status, especially those qualified as one or more of the following: Small Business. 8(a) firm (must be certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Small Disadvantaged Business (must be certified by the SBA). Woman-Owned Small Business. Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business. HUBZone firm (must be certified by the (SBA). A Capability Statement outlining why the respondent believes its firm has the capability to meet all these requirements outlined within the Statement of Need (SON).
