NOAA is seeking information from qualified vendors on a Commercial-off-the-Shelf SaaS Mobile Device Management cloud service to manage multiple OS platforms and devices across its enterprise. The core requirement is approximately 3,500 MDM licenses, with an option for an equal number of Mobile Threat Management licenses. The solution must support Apple (iOS/iPadOS/macOS), Google (Android/ChromeOS), and Microsoft (Windows 10/11), and must be FedRAMP Authorized with a FISMA Authority to Operate. NOAA anticipates a Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order structured as a Base Year plus four Option Years. A Technical Account Manager (Consultant On Demand) is required or offered as an option, and the attached RFI document contains minimum technical requirements and questions.
