See attachment for more information: The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Pacific Islands Science Center (PIFSC) has a potential need for a vessel charter to support Coral Reef Monitoring Program operations, Cetacean surveys, Protected Species Northwest Hawaiian Islands field camp deployment and recovery, Pelagic/Fisheries Oceanography operations, and Life History Research Operations. Survey schedules are not finalized for January 2023, so the Government is especially interested in 1) Minimum number of days per survey vendors need to consider proposing and 2) minimum timeframe to provide notice for survey start dates.
