3/28 Update: Thank you for your interest in this RFI. The Government is currently reviewing responses and may be in touch with vendors with questions and/or demos. Due to the high volume of responses, additional communication may be in mid-April, and individual confirmations of receipt will not be issued. Sarah Waugh 3/15 Update: Vendor Q&A and Closeout procedures added to Attachments. See attached notice for additional details. The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO) is seeking information related to a pilot program to test Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for contract closeouts. AGO is in the Start-Up phase for RPA and seeking to initiate a pilot bot and establish formal processes to create efficiencies within the procurement process. This is a low-complexity pilot in which vendors will be required to automate closeouts through DOC’s ComprizonSuite C.Request and C.Award acquisition software and Core Financial System (CFS). ComprizonSuite is CACI’s eProcurement solution which is platform independent and operates on Microsoft Explore V.11, EDGE, and Chrome V.37.0.2062.103, and supports other third-party applications such as Word, Excel, and Adobe.
