See Response 3 in Amendment 0001, attachment B0001 for more information about the "Interested Vendors List". 10/30/2020* The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO) is requesting proposals for the Space Weather Follow On (SWFO) Antenna Network (SAN). The competitive procurement will result in a Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee – Completion (CPFF-C) type contract. The contract will have a period of performance of 5 years from the contract effective date. The anticipated contract award date is 3/31/2021, with an immediate contract effective date. This acquisition will be conducted as a full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541715 – Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology). This request for proposal does not commit NOAA to pay any proposal preparation costs, nor does it obligate NOAA to procure or contract for these services. This request shall not be construed as authorization to proceed with, or be paid for charges incurred by performing any work called for in this solicitation. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation shall be due no later than 5 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 12/14/2020. Be advised, in accordance with Provision L.16 and the instructions in Attachment 14 - Past Performance Questionnaire, Offerors are strongly encouraged to ask their references to submit their Past Performance Questionnaires directly to the Contracting Officer by the proposal due date.
