The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Monohull Design Research Vessel Purchase, as described in the Statement of Need. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NOAA. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations, the prices submitted, and the availability of funds. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 441222. The small business size standard is $40M. The base period of performance of this requirement is from Time of Award through December 31, 2024. Any questions related to this notice shall be submitted by email no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on February 14, 2024. Answers will be provided as soon as practicable.
