Amendment 03: The purpose of this Amendment is to provide a copy (see attachments) of the Questions that were recevied in regards to the RFP, as well as during the Industry Day that was held on 7/29/2021, along with the Government's responses. No other changes have been made. Amendment 02: The purpose of this Amendment is to provide a revised draft copy of Attachment J-4 (Relevant Technical Experience Tool_Rev 11). Amendment 01: The purpose of this Amendment is to: provide a date and registration information for the Virtual Industry Day; add links to the Links section of this notice, and attached a revised copy of the Draft RFP which contains corrected self-assessement score descriptions in section M.4.1.1. No other changes have been made. Original Description: The Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services (ProTech) 2.0 Program is a suite of multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts consisting of four Domains: Satellite, Fisheries, Oceans, and Weather. These Domains provide resources in support of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to include its Line and Staff Offices. The ceiling dollar amount for all orders under all ProTech 2.0 Domains is $8,000,000,000. Each Domain has its own IDIQ contract with multiple awards. This Draft RFP is for the Satellite 2.0 Domain. This requirement will be set aside 100% for Small Businesses under NAICS code 541715 (Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology)) - Exception C (Guided Missiles and Space Vehicles, Their Propulsion Units and Propulsion Parts), which has a size standard of 1,250 employees. The purpose of this Draft RFP is to socialize this requirement prior to the formal RFP, and collect feedback from industry and stakeholders through the Google Form linked below. Feedback, questions, comments, etc., will not be collected in any other manner. If the revised version is completed prior to the closing date of this Draft RFP, then it will be included via an amendment.
