This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the successful contractor to provide National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS), Alaska Region one job of Professional Services to obtain replacement and revitalization of the batteries in the NMFS AKR Datacenter UPS system in accordance with the Statement of Objectives per the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ) NMFS AKR-21-0824 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 335999 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. See attached full RFQ with all terms and conditions which all contractors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Contractors must provide their Will or Will Not and Does or Does Not Statement per FAR Provision 52.204-24 which goes with FAR Clause 52.204-25. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Office of Management Division (OMD), requires that all contractors doing business with OMD be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
