Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – 500 ScubaPro MK17 regulator annual service maintenance kits and 500 ScubaPro G260 regulator annual service maintenance kits. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN8700-21-00395 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. (iv)The NAICS code for this acquisition is 339920, Scuba Diving Equipment Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 750 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: 500 ea. Part # 10.117.045, ScubaPro MK17 annual maintenance parts kit CLIN 2: 500 ea. Part # 11.261.045, ScubaPro G260 annual maintenance parts kit (vi)Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 and CLIN 2 per the attached statement of need. Shipping should be included in the quote. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
