The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO), Eastern Region Acquisition Division (ERAD), in support of the Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), is performing market research to determine an acquisition strategy for OMAO Marine and Aviation Cyber Center (MACC) requirement for Information Technology (IT) Support Services. OMAO is seeking to identify sources capable of performing the work required in Attachment #1- Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services and the size standard is $27.5 Million. All interested sources are invited to submit written responses, to include a completed questionnaire (see Attachment #2- Questionnaire) and capability statement. This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and is issued in accordance with FAR Provision 52.215-3 Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (OCT 1997) provided at: http://www.acquisition.gov/far/current/html/52_215.html#wp1144503. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. All responsible sources may submit a completed questionnaire and capability statement that shall be considered by the agency.
