Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center - Atlantic requires Lube oil for the NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number NMAN7943-19-01489 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The small business size standard is 750 Employees Line items are as follows: CLIN001: PROVIDE 34 DRUMS (55 GALLONS EACH) OF MOBILGARD 312 LUBE OIL FOR NOAA SHIP OKEANOS EXPLORER DELIVERY MUST BE COMPLETED BY 16-SEP-2019 PICK UP OF EMPTY DRUMS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 01-OCT-2019 (Pickup is subject to ship availability) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
