To make aware to the vendors that the vessel Place of Performance is or will be Pier Side at a Federal Installation. Additional inspections or personnel access may be required. Foreign personnel will need to be known up front before granted access to NOAA vessel. 2. IAW 1352.271-79 - Liability and Insurance (APR 2010) Vendor shall provide proof of Liability Insurance, and follow instruction for Insurance requirement as stated in 1352.271-90 - Insurance Requirements (APR 2010) at time of acceptance of an award. 3. Extend the Solicitation until 3:00PM EST 5/30/2019 to allow for additional documentation, and corrections to quotes. 5. NAM 1330-52.222-70 NOAA SEXUAL ASSAULT AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT PREVENTION AND RESPONSE POLICY (MAY 2018) Will be added to the Terms and Conditions 4. All other Terms and Conditions Remain the same. 5. Who is providing the 30,000lbs of free weight? A1.The contractor will need to provide the weights for the weight test. Q2. Please provide a sketch with the location of the 47,000lbs lift on the deck of the ship, including dimension from the stern and the width of the ship. A2. I have attached drawings as requested. For reference on vehicle stand deck layout drawing the 47,000 lbs winch is the most forward item centered under and just forward of the ships net drums. 3.
