The changed item has been highlighed, as well as the applicable hose information shown in the diagrams attached to the Statement of Work. The closing date has been moved to 12/9/19 at 8am PST. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires annual small boat service for six (6) hydrographic survey launches. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NMAN7200-20-00015 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336611, Ship Building and Repair; the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Maintenance and Repairs of NOAA Ship Fairweather’s six small boats (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide facilities, labor, and materials to complete the work identified in the attached statement of need. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
