Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), Aircraft Operations Center requires two Hobart GPU-600T This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number NMAN6000-20-00720 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333611 Turbine and Turbine Generator Set Unit Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,500 Employees. Line items are as follows: CLIN0001 2 each required Model: Hobart GPU-600T (Wheeled Unit) Unit: 28 VDC GPU Condition: Brand New Manufacture: Hobart Type: 28VDC Solid State Style: Analog Specs: - Input Current: 3 Phase, 208/230/460 Volts, 60 Hertz - Output Current: 150-2000 Amps (600 continuous) - Output Voltage: 28 (+/- .5) Volts - Output Cable: 20-30 Feet Insulated 4/0 Wire - Output Plug: 3-pole molded aircraft plug/head The units must: - Be a mobile wheeled units - Have a wheel brake - Be suitable for use in a coastal environment (i.eā¦paint or powder-coated) - Have a convenience receptacle -- 1 Phase, 110/115 Volt (with Ground Pin), 10 Amp, 60 Hertz Not a Brand Name or Equal: Brand Name Only. Fob Destination Please see attached Statement of Work for details. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any. 5. Address the ability of meeting the requirements per the Specifications. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 2200 10:00 P.M. Eastern on February 24 2020; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the Technical specifications, availability and price.
