Amendment 1: Change initial pump off and delivery of tank date from April 6 to April 5, 2021 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires the pump out of approximately 6,000 gallons of black water and the placement and pump out of a pier-side holding tank. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NMAN2120-21-00997 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562119, Other Waste Collection; the small business size standard is $41.5M. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Pump off of approximately 6,000 gallons of black water on April 5, 2021 CLIN 2: Cleaning of aft black water tank CLIN 3: Pier-Side holding tank for approximately 5,000 gallons of black and grey water (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the services per the attached statement of need.
