The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division, 200 Granby Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510, on behalf of the Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), UxS Operation Center, is soliciting quotes for a requirement with a BRAND NAME only restriction of the L3 Harris manufactured Contractor Owned / Contractor Operated (COCO) UAS model FVR-90. The UAS and activities described in the Statement of Work (SOW) are to support the testing of the Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) Clear and Cloudy Sky Instrument payloads. The needed services include piloted flight operations, UAS equipment, and Payload integration services supporting NOAA Earth’s Radiation Budget (ERB) Initiative.
