This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on https:// sam.gov/. Solicitation number is NM-AN2200-21-00743 and is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). For Full and Open Competition under North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488190, Other Support Activities for Air Transportation. The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Aircraft Operations Center (AOC) at Lakeland, Florida( KLAL) operates two WP-3D Orion aircraft in support of NOAA and national research. AOC requires a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to provide full service maintenance to include, but not limited to, inspection, repair, overhaul, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and training for the 54H60-77 propeller system. Each aircraft uses four (4) 54H60-77 propeller assemblies. In addition the AOC currently maintains four (4) spare 54H60-77 propeller assemblies.
