This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NMAN2190-21-00500 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. (iv) This is a small business set aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 324191, Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 750 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Bulk Delivery: 800 gallons Chevron Delo 100 40 3 Drums: (165 gallons) Chevron Rando ISO 46HD 3 Drums & 5 Five-gallon Pails: (190 gallons) Chevron Delo Gear EP5 80w-90 3 Drums: (165 Gallons) Chevron Delo 400 15W-40 (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of need. Delivery costs should be included in the quote. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
