Removing the 45 gallons of Chevron Clarity AW-46. Changing from 375 gallons of Clarity EA-46 to 110 gallons of Clarity EA-46. All other terms and conditions remain the same. End of Amendment 1**** Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires the purchase of Lube Oil for the NOAA Ship Rainier. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2150-23-00308 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 324191 – Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing. This solicitation is being posted as a Small Business set aside solicitation. Vendor will need to pump oil aboard ship and must be certified to pump over water. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: 110 Gallons Clarity EA-46 2ea 55 gal drums Mobilgear 600 XP 220 550 gallons Mobilgard 410 40wt 4ea 55 gal drums Chevron Delo 400 15W-40wt (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Rainier requires the purchase of lube oil to be delivered to NOAA Ship Rainier, Bay Ship & Yacht, 2900 Main St. #2100, Alameda, CA 94501. Quotes should include shipping/freight cost to the delivery destination and expected timeframe for delivery. This lube oil solicitation is set aside for small businesses with a business size limit of 750 employees. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. FOB Destination delivery is required by 1/20/2023 to: NOAA Ship Rainier, Bay Ship & Yacht, 2900 Main St. #2100, Alameda, CA 94501.
