Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires one (1) bridge watch stander for NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson while in port in Seattle, Washington January 6 – 26, 2023. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2150-23-00263 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-08. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561612, Security Guards and Patrol Services; the small business size standard is $25.5M. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: One (1) Each Watch Stander January 6 – 26, 2023 for up to 248 hours. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of work. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. Period of Performance: January 6 – 26, 2023 Place of Performance: NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson In/Around Greater Seattle Area including Port of Seattle and Water Front Seattle, Washington (viii) All applicable provisions and clauses are attached in a separate document.
