Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires the procurement of security watch services for the NOAA Ship Ferdinand R. Hassler in Charleston, SC. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2140-23-01114 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561612 – Security Guards and Patrol Services. This solicitation is being posted as a small business set aside with a small business size limit of $29.0M.
