End of Amendment 1** Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires the purchase of ten (10) mattresses of dimension 38” X 80” X 9” and twenty-two (22) mattresses of dimension 30” X 80” X 9” per the specifications listed in the Statement of Need for the NOAA Ship Ronald Brown. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2140-23-00138 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 337910– Mattress Manufacturing. This solicitation is being posted as a small business set aside with a small business size limit of 1000 employees. Quotes that do not fit the specifications listed in the Statement of Need will not be considered. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: TEN MATTRESSES OF DIMENSION 38 X 80 X 9 INCHES CLIN 2: TWENTY-TWO MATTRESSES OF DIMENSION 30 X 80 X 9 INCHES.
