Amendment 001: The following amendment is to accomplish the following: Soliciation ends 9/6/2022 at 4pm pst. Changing from a Small Business Set-Aside solicitaiton to a Full and Open Competition solicitation. All other terms and condidtions remain the same. End of Amendment 001. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires up to 14 days of sewage offload up to 2,500 gallons of sewage per day. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2140-22-01636 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562910, Remediation Services; the small business size standard is $22M. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Fourteen (14) Days Sewage Removal Services, Estimated 2,500 gallons per day (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of work. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. Period of Performance: October 1 – 20, 2022 Place of Performance: NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer Port of San Diego Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal San Diego, California (viii) All applicable provisions and clauses are attached in a separate document. (ix) Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned ratings is not applicable.
