Removing the requirement for heat treatment and changing the requirement to Bed Bug Pest Removal. All other terms and conditions remain the same. End of Amendment 001. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Atlantic requires the procurement of bed bug pest treatment services to treat a bed bug infestation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-01577 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561710 – Exterminating and Pest Control Services. This solicitation is being posted as a small business set aside with a business size limit of $17.5 million. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: To procure service for bed bug pest treatment. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Thomas Jefferson requires the procurement of bed bug pest treatment. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. FOB Destination delivery is required no later than 7/20/2023 to: NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson, Marine Operations Center – Atlantic, 439 W. York Street, Norfolk, VA 23510. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial, applies to this acquisition without addenda.
