Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires repair/refurbishment and final acceptance testing of the transducer listed in 1.1) above and for complete OO/OS Level 1 Service assessment of one complete system listed in 1.2) above with OO/OS Level 1 Service Report of conditions found, recommended replacement/repair parts identified. Replace defective parts and complete refurbishment of P/N 71A-1029-00 OS75 Transducer and P/N 71A-2010-02 Electronics Chassis identified above. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-01367 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811210, Navigational Instruments Repair and Maintenance; the small business size standard is $34M. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Repair of Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP). (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of need. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
