Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires seven (7) each replacement single lever, quick acting doors with frames. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-00715 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 332321, Metal Window and Door Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 750 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Two (2) each doors at 30” x 63” clear opening, doors are right hand, and will be install welded at a 15” sill height. Doors shall has ship’s identification number of 105, and 158. CLIN 2: One (1) each door at 30” x 63” clear opening, door is right hand, and will be install welded at a 24” sill height. Door shall have ship’s identification number of 159. CLIN 3: Three (3) each doors at 36” x 63” clear opening, doors are right hand, and will be install welded at a 15” sill height. Doors shall has ship’s identification number of 104, 107, and 108. CLIN 4: One (1) each door at 36” x 63” clear opening, doors is left hand, and will be install welded at a 15” sill height. Door shall have ship’s identification number of 109. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 - 4 per the attached statement of need. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
