Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires one (1) each 20SF1K0NEN Allen Bradley SCR drive and repair of one (1) each 20SF1K0NEN Allen Bradley SCR drive. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-001083 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-08. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333618, Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 1,500 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: One (1) Each 20SF1K0NEN Allen Bradley Power Flex 1000A SCR Drive. CLIN 2: Repair of One (1) Each 20SF1K0NEN Allen Bradley Power Flex 1000A SCR Drive. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLINs 1 and 2 per the attached statement of need.
