Amedment 0001- This amendment is to accomplish the following: Revised Statement of Work provided to reflect the following change Using certified parts from Caterpillar Tractor Company, replace the failed injector on NOAA Ship PISCES SSDG-1. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations NOAA Ship Pisces requires Replacement of failed injectors on SSDG 1. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NM-AN2120-22-01812. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. (V) This specification contains requirements for providing crane and rigging, as well as scaffolding support. REQUIREMENTS: 4.1. (Change) Using certified parts from Caterpillar Tractor Company, replace the failed injector on NOAA Ship PISCES SSDG-1. 4.2. Turnover two (QTY 2) spare fuel injectors to the ship as spares. 4.3. Contractor shall test the engine with Ship’s Force to validate repairs. 5. QUALITY ASSURANCE 5.1. Run and test SSDG 1 with the COR and Chief Engineer.
