Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires the purchase of one (1) FMD/CTPLAN Furuno Planning Station and one (1) Furuno HD55T22FUDMA4TOGP 55” 4K 40-point touch LCD display with articulating base for the NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-22-01678 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334111 – Computer Manufacturing. This solicitation is being posted as a small business set aside with a small business size limit of 1250 employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Paperless Chart System as per SON. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Oscar Dyson requires the purchase of one (1) FMD/CTPLAN Furuno Planning Station and one (1) Furuno HD55T22FUDMA4TOGP 55” 4K 40-point touch LCD display with articulating base. This is a brand name requirement for the specific Furuno parts listed only. Please provide proof that you are an authorized dealer/distributor with Furuno with your quote and include expected shipping costs in your quote. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. FOB Destination delivery is required no later than 6/30/2023 to: NOAA Marine Operations Center - Pacific, Attn: Jerome Sheehan, 2002 SE Marine Science Drive, Newport, OR 97365.
