Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires the repair of the Water Production Units for NOAA Ship Pisces. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-22-01408 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). Include all costs associated with Statement of Work, including hourly and overtime rates, in your quote. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336611 – Ship Building and Repair. This solicitation is being posted as a small business set aside with a business size limit of 1,250 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Repair the PISCES Water Production Units on NOAA Ship PISCES. CLIN 2: Option for any additional work needed (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Pisces requires the repair of two (2) Evaporator Distillation Units and one (1) SW4 Reverse Osmosis Unit per the specifications listed in the Statement of Work. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. FOB Destination delivery is required 7/12/2022-8/5/2022 to: Gulf Marine Support Facility, 151 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39567.
