Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Atlantic requires the purchase of Motorola Handheld Radios. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-22-01174 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334220 – Radio and Television Broadcasting Equipment Manufacturing. This solicitation is being posted as a small business set aside with a business size limit of 1250 employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Provide pre-programmed radios and charging stations per the Statement of Need. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Ferdinand Hassler requires the purchase of Motorola Handheld Radios. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. FOB Destination delivery is required no later than 8/20/2022 to: NOAA Ship Ferdinand R.
