For purposes of location/travel cost vendor should quote this portion for Cape Canaveral, FL. Award will be based on best value to the Government with regards to a)Technical b)Availability (Parts, Service Completion) (location Cape Canaveral). c) Price As location is the only factor which has an impact on the scope; In the event there is a location shift to Charleston, SC; Travel cost will be authorized at the GSA Perdiem found at https://www.gsa.gov/travel/plan-book/per-diem-rates. Condition Report will be provided to the awardee and a quote will be requested for this change for consideration. In the event the quoted price is not accepted; this requirement will be terminated for conveniece to the Government. Labor rates are to be provided. End of Amendment 001 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center to change out aftercooler cores on the Caterpillar C32 port and starboard main engines (MPDE) and Caterpillar C9 ship’s service diesel generators (SSDG) aboard NOAA Ship FERDINAND R. HASSLER. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NM-AN2120-22-01086. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. (V) This specification contains requirements for providing crane and rigging, as well as scaffolding support.
