Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires one each brand name only Steyr SE144E38 NGU-106kW marine engine and accessory equipment per the attached statement of need. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-22-00879 is issued as a brand name, firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333618, Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 1,500 Employees. Shipping costs exceeding $100 require a copy of the waybill submitted with the final invoice to support actual charges. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 - 9 per the attached statement of need.
