Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires repair service for NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson’s three Eaton Magnum DS Switchboard Breakers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-22-00793 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This solicitation is being posted as Full and Open Competition. This is a Brand Name requirement for repair services by a certified Eaton servicer with Eaton brand parts. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Overhaul Ship Service Switchboard Breakers (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Oscar Dyson requires repair service for their three Eaton Magnum DS Switchboard Breakers.
