Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Requires 2 Replacement Refrigeration Plants. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2100-21-01320 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333415, Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 1250 Employees. This acquisition is set aside for small business. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Replacement refrigeration plants for Chilled and Freeze food storage rooms on NOAA Ship Pisces. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of need. Shipping shall be included in the quote. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
