This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2100-21-00946 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 331420: Cable, copper (e.g. armored, bare, insulated), made from purchased copper in wire plants; the small business size standard is 1000 Employees. This acquisition is set aside for small business. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Provide one thousand (1,000) feet of CC625SFRNCM cable – model #62341625 (or equal), 25 conductors 16 AWG, 20mm diameter. Cable shall be one continuous piece. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of need. Shipping should be included in the quote. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
