Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific Islands requires eight (8) NFPA 1981 Scott Air-Pak self-contained breathing apparatus and sixteen (16) 4,500 PSI tanks. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2100-23-00528 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 750 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Eight (8) Each Brand Name Scott Self Contained Breathing Apparatus Compliant with NFPA 1981. CLIN 2: Sixteen (16) Each Tanks, 4,500 pounds per square inch (PSI). (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLINs 1 and 2 per the attached statement of need. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.
