Notice ID:NIST-SSNOI-26-OSHE-10

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking sources capable of providing a modernized, web-based database software to replace its obsolete system for managing staff dosimetry records and radiation worker training. The required solution must be fully integrated with NIST’s existing RSIMS database and include modules for training and dosimetry, with a one-time data conversion from the legacy system. The software must feature enhanced security, including encrypted password traffic and Single Sign-On authentication via NIST’s ADFS. Performance of services will be at NIST, with the software hosted on NIST-managed servers. Responses to this notice must be received by July 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
