Ultra-High Vacuum (UHV) Translation Stages
NIST is seeking market research input to inform a future acquisition for components to build an ultra-high vacuum microscope for characterizing EUV scintillator materials at its Synchrotron Ultraviolet Research Facility (SURF III) EUV reflectometer beamline. The draft requirements include 10 UHV translation stages, 10 motion controller/amplifier units, and two 6” CFF electrical feedthrough flanges with specified vacuum, travel, cabling, and load capabilities. Respondents are asked to submit company details, feedback on the draft requirements, commercial product specifications, standard pricing, warranty terms, and regulatory compliance information. This is a request for information only, not a solicitation, and NIST is not obligated to award a contract or pay for responses. Interested parties should respond via email to the designated contacts with the requested information.
