The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is conducting market research for vacuum-compatible reflective microscope objectives and optomechanical components to measure visible light output from EUV scintillator materials. The required reflective objectives must operate in the 350–800 nm wavelength range, be vacuum compatible to at least 10?6 Torr, and have a numerical aperture of 0.3 with a 23.8 mm working distance. The optomechanical hardware must also meet vacuum compatibility standards, including low vapor pressure grease and chemical cleaning for vacuum service.
