Heated probing station with optical access

Notice ID:NIST-SS26-176

NIST is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing a heated probing station with optical access and a controlled environment for low-noise electrical measurements of defects, supporting diamond magnetometry and wide-bandgap semiconductor work. The system must meet detailed specifications, including at least four electrical probes with 10 fA or lower noise, vacuum and gas-purging capability, heating of samples up to 400°C with stability under 0.1°C, optical access across 900 nm to 300 nm, specified footprint and chamber dimension limits, and Python-compatible software. This is a sources-sought notice only, not a solicitation, and responses are voluntary and used solely for market research. Interested vendors must provide company details, product specifications and capabilities, customization limits, manufacturing country, business size, pricing, warranty terms, and references, and must be registered and active in SAM to be considered for any future solicitation.
