This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes only, not a solicitation. NIST is seeking information from parties capable of furnishing a complete laboratory automation solution: one new Living Measurement Systems Foundry (LMSF) automation system and modernization of the existing government-owned LMSF. The solution includes a Hamilton liquid handling platform, associated modules, plate readers, sealing equipment, storage carousel, robotic arm, BSL-2 enclosure, and all necessary software/hardware, with the contractor responsible for design, integration, testing, installation, and training. NIST anticipates issuing a Request for Quotation in the fourth quarter of FY26 and awarding a contract no later than the fourth quarter of FY26. Responses should include company capabilities, previous experience, size classification, and socio-economic status.
