Questions and answers are included below. 1. Can I submit two devices for this RFQ? Yes, offerors may submit as many different quotations in reference to this combined synopsis/solicitation as they would like. 2. Will I need to complete the required documents 2x or once 1x? Offerors are required to submit completed provisions and clauses, and all other supporting quotation information required by the solicitation, with each quotation submitted. Please submit each quotation package via email as a separate document set. _____________________________________________ ORIGINAL NOTICE: This is a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items – as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued using simplified acquisition procedures under the authority of FAR Part 13. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT (i.e. STANDARD FORM) WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 dated 06-05-2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is available for full and open competition. The purpose of this solicitation is procurement of one freeze/thaw chamber.
