This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal HMSRP Field Camp Tent Repair services for the National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS), The Hawaiian Monk Seal Research Program (HMSRP) located in Northwestern Hawaiian Islands, Honolulu, HI for one base period with four option periods.
