Foreign nationals may be allowed, but need to coordinate in advance with the Shasta Dam security office. ++ ++Amendment 3: Reduce scope of work. The new Statement of Work will require fewer people to assist and fewer JSATS transmitters to implant. We've also removed the requirement for a fish manager.
