COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a brand name or equal requisition to purchase 33 temperature-depth recorders (TDR) for PIFSC SOD, specifically six (6) Lotek LAT1400 and twenty-seven (27) Lotek LAT1800 (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 (JULY 2020) (Deviation 2020-05)(April 2020).
