This is a Pre-solicitation notice for sewer repairs at the National Marine Fisheries Office 8901 La Jolla Shores Drive, La Jolla, CA 92037-1509. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than 120 days after the notice to proceed is provided. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Contracting Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov/search?index=opp and is scheduled for issuance on April 16, 2020 and quotes are due by April 28, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
