This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal insulation replacement services for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Northwest Fisheries Science Center, Manchester Research Station, in Port Orchard, Washington in accordance with the incorporated Statement of Work.
