This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set aside. The contractor shall provide all the necessary materials, labor, equipment/supplies, and supervision necessary to accomplish all tasks for the completion of the work set forth in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
